ExileCon 2026 combines an in-person gathering with a free livestream. Grinding Gear Games holds the event on November 7 and 8 in New Zealand time. For viewers in Germany, the time difference means coverage begins Friday evening, November 6.
GGG specifies 12 p.m. PST for both stream starts and 1 p.m. PST for the keynotes. Germany uses CET in early November. These convert to 9 p.m. for the stream and 10 p.m. for the keynote on November 6 and 7 respectively. Do not simply use the local event date as Germany’s stream date.
| Session | Official US Time | Germany |
|---|---|---|
| First stream | November 6, 12 p.m. PST | November 6, 9 p.m. CET |
| First keynote | November 6, 1 p.m. PST | November 6, 10 p.m. CET |
| Second stream | November 7, 12 p.m. PST | November 7, 9 p.m. CET |
| Second keynote | November 7, 1 p.m. PST | November 7, 10 p.m. CET |
What Is Announced
The official Twitch channel and YouTube carry the stream. GGG announces major keynote news, developer discussions, live podcasts with creators and race finals for Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2. Co-streaming is explicitly welcome. The complete schedule is to follow in the coming weeks.
This is the studio’s own convention, rather than merely a short product trailer. Qualification announcements mention flights to Auckland for finalists, reinforcing its in-person nature. The latest announcement also offers a small additional ticket allocation. We will name the exact venue only from accessible current event information; the latest stream announcement does not specify it.
Why Both Games Have Races
Path of Exile 2 had four qualifiers in August. They used Solo Self-Found, a fixed layout and Tavakai in Act Four as the goal. PC and console players could qualify, while the final is played on PC. Path of Exile has its own qualification series and final. These are separate programme items.
ExileCon is also a significant news event because GGG presents development alongside its community. Major news is confirmed for 2026, but that promise alone does not establish a particular patch, class or release date.
New Twitch Drops are announced but not fully detailed. Requirements and rewards from qualification streams do not automatically apply to the convention. Once the schedule and Drop conditions are available, viewers can plan more precisely; until then, the start times are the confirmed reference points.
