In Titan Quest II, you fight through a world shaped by Greek myth while Nemesis interferes with the threads of fate. Grimlore Games pairs a handcrafted campaign built for exploration with combat that calls for dodging and countering. Your choices of masteries, skills and equipment shape how your hero handles those encounters.
THQ Nordic’s action RPG entered Windows PC Early Access on August 1, 2025, and Steam lists online co-op. Spirit and crafting joined the playable version in August 2026. The full release is announced for January 19, 2027. The official game site lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S alongside PC for version 1.0.
Exploration and Combat
The campaign takes you through temples, ruins and areas inhabited by creatures from Greek mythology. Hidden places and discoveries reward looking beyond the direct route. In combat, you dodge attacks and use openings to counter. Your chosen abilities and gear also change how you approach each encounter.
Two Masteries Shape Your Build
You combine two masteries to form a class, then refine it with skill modifiers, attributes and equipment. Start with the damage, support or defenses you want to rely on, and look for loot whose properties serve that plan. A rarer item need not be an upgrade if its bonuses do little for the abilities you use.
Spirit: Balance Summons and Resources
Spirit supports summoners, spellcasters and hybrids. Shades are its exclusive resource, and some effects also draw on Life. That gives you a build choice: sustain short-lived allies, spend Shades to empower spells, or combine the two. If you choose several ways to spend Shades, check how your selected abilities generate them and how you manage the Life cost.

Crafting Improves Found Gear
You can replace an affix with a random eligible one, reroll its values, add an affix if the item has room, or raise the item’s level to yours. These options can keep a suitable find useful longer. Costs escalate as you continue crafting, so first check whether the base item fits your build. After several attempts, a new drop may be the better starting point.
